3. Academic Code of Conduct & Integrity
Because ActiveGrad certifications map directly to official university credit systems under national guidelines (UGC & NEP 2020), absolute academic integrity is mandatory:
- Authentic Submissions: All project code, socio-behavioral dynamics reports, and assignments submitted in the portal must be your own authentic, original work.
- Professional Decorum: Students must maintain complete decorum during live interactive training sessions, adhering to respectful communication guidelines with peers and instructors.

4. Certification & Credit Standards
ActiveGrad certificates are earned, not bought. Successful issuance of your verifiable academic certificate requires:
- Completion of mandatory academic hours (typically a minimum of 120 hours of trackable project execution and lecture attendance).
- Successful submission and passing evaluations of all core assignment milestones and practical laboratory projects.
- Official signature verification of your digital credit allocation documents (Consent Form and Department Approvals).
ActiveGrad reserves the absolute authority to withhold, cancel, or permanently rescind certificate keys and validation page links if a student fails to meet these rigorous academic thresholds.
5. Fees & Refund Guidelines
Tuition and platform fees are processed via integrated secure payment channels. Course pricing details are dynamic and managed directly in platform settings.
